In collaboration with the National Health Foundation’s Health Academy at Jefferson High School, Los Angeles Walks worked with local youth to design and implement a pilot program of pedestrian wayfinding signs along Historic Central Avenue in South Central Los Angeles. The signs highlight connectivity to local resources and nearby neighborhoods, and encourage walking and biking for longer trips.
