WeHo Communications Toolkit

We worked with Joseph Prichard (currently of KILTER.LA) to design a toolkit for the City of West Hollywood’s Communications Plan and communications training materials.

This kit of parts consists of booklets that give instructions and information on different types of communication, from public relations to community engagement, and a set of flashcards that identify and color code various types of communication. There are also two posters in the set: a style guide for the WeHo brand and an infographic poster that describes the audience and demographics of the City of West Hollywood.

The toolkit is used in trainings for WeHo city staff, to help them visually learn about the ways the city communicates with residents—in an engaging way.
