Black Workers Infographic

We worked with Rosten Woo on this fold out poster and infographic for the LA Black Worker Center that describes setbacks and discrimination faced by Black union workers in construction trades.

The publication outlines the history of discrimination and high unemployment of Black workers in Los Angeles, particularly in union jobs, and identifies Metro’s local hire program as an opportunity for change. The reverse side is an empowering poster with calls to action for different sectors and institutions and what they can do to solve the Black jobs crisis.
