Metrolink Campaigns
We developed multiple creative campaigns for Metrolink that transform routine transit experiences into engaging community connections. For Valentine’s Day 2024, we partnered with Metrolink and digital communications strategists at Pastilla to create a playful Rider Appreciation campaign that combined train with popular love song lyrics across digital media and within stations. The campaign included vibrant static and animated graphics, social media content, and coordinated in-person activations where Metrolink ambassadors distributed themed giveaways, like scented postcards, to surprised riders.



For Earth Day 2023, we created an interactive campaign that invited riders to become active participants in celebrating everywhere they can go with Metrolink. Through social media posts, station banners, and a photography exhibition, we asked Metrolink riders to submit photos of places the train takes them. This user-generated content not only promoted Metrolink’s free Earth Day rides but also highlighted how public transit connects people to natural spaces and their community throughout Southern California. Both campaigns demonstrate how thoughtful creative strategy can build community engagement while reinforcing Metrolink’s role in sustainable transportation and rider appreciation.
